Biography
I work for British Cycling where I coach riders who are on the first step of the pathway, at NSR Foundation Level.
I also deliver the Regional School of Racing sessions for riders aged 14-16 in the Midlands for both Road and Track, as well as running the Regional Talent Development Centres.
Away from work I also ride my bike and compete when time allows me to in both road, track and cyclo cross.
I'm keen to see more people riding a bike in the East Midlands which would be amazing, but I think we can go further by getting more people into races both locally and nationally.
The end goal for me would be to have such a strong region of riders that it’s a struggle to pick riders for team events, such as the UK School Games.
