British Cycling East Midlands Youth League

The East Midlands Youth League is a four round series designed to provide accessible racing opportunities for all youth age categories in the East Midlands delivered by co-opted clubs in the region. 

​

We'd therefore like to thank organisers from Haus RT, Beeston CC, Sleaford Wheelers and Leicester Forest. 

 

Here is the racing format which should allow competitive yet fair races throughout

We have engaged with Titanium Events to provide the chip timing and league administration which can be found here

League Scoring 

​

1st place   50    with points descending per place thereafter – but minimum points will be 1

DNS       no points                                            

DNF       1 point or position                                          

Qualifying for EMYL championship - best 3 results                                          

Top three East Midlands riders will get a prize in the series                                                          

A winning out of region rider will receive prizes so long as they attend atleast 3 rounds.

All racing is in  accordance with British Cyclings technical regulations.

Specifically, page 129 which talks about the bike that entrants can use, including
