British Cycling have launched two new funds worth a total of £45,000.00 to support event organisers in England. The funds, which are being supported by Sport England’s Sector Renewal programme, will enable organisers of national, regional, and entry-level events to bid for funding to support event delivery, with a particular focus on supporting events targeted at youth and junior riders, para-cyclists, women and girls and diverse ethnic communities
Covid Recovery Fund; Apply for up to £300 to support a regional level event, or £500 for national level event in this covid recovery year, this can be backdated to events from April 2022.
Entry Level Events Fund; Apply for up to £200 for events supporting people new into the sport or racing.
