Took on the role of the lead for Youth and Junior Group in 2022.

So I threw myself right in at the deep end. I only started cycling in 2012 after having my two daughters.

 

My cycling journey started with Mtb competing in the eastern series mud sweat and gears and quickly got the bug, this quickly transitioned into racing the Lincs cyclocross league.

 

I’ve raced both national Mtb and cx. 2023 has been my first season not racing in any discipline just because both my daughters racing, now just road and track has taken up so much time.

 

Whilst in my role as chair for the youth and junior work group I hope to get more kids racing, especially through to national level in all cycling disciplines and into junior racing and offering them as many opportunities as possible to represent the East Midlands region.
